We log a variety of information throughout our
web sites. Some of the information gathered includes
web browser information, site statistics and IP
addresses. We make use of this information as part
of our diagnostic process to examine and resolve
site/server problems, assist in the administration
our web site and assist our members with specific
problems. With the exception of video download logs,
server logs are not kept for longer than four months
unless we are required to do so by court order
In addition to information gathered
electronically, we also retain contact information
provided by you through membership registration
and/or product order forms that you complete. This
includes, but is not limited to, your name, your
mailing address, your e-mail address and credit card
number. All of this information may be used by us to
fulfill requests by you regarding our products or
web sites as part of our normal business operations.
We only use collected financial information to bill
you for authorized payment of products and/or
services requested by you, or to respond to
inquiries by you regarding those purchases.
We maintain appropriate security measures to
protect financial information gathered against loss,
misuse, and alteration while it is under our
control. All credit card information stored on our
servers is at least 64 bit encrypted, but the vast
majority is 128 bit to 256 bit as provided by our
SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate.
Other than a legal warrant/court order, we will
never sell or share personal information to a
third party. The exception to this is credit card
fraud. We report all instances of fraud to the FBI.
